  • Experienced in successfully running a Hotel with our traditional food varieties called Oru oorla Oru Unavu along with a kiosk named Yummy Tummy from 2015 to 2017
  • Managed staff of 4 cooks and 4 servers in a busy 4-star hotel restaurant. Developed 12 new menu items plus daily specials in a Malaysian restaurant during 2008 -2010.
